About
Roberta began her career in the food industry, working for a laboratory specialising in food analysis. This early experience developed her expertise in food composition and quality, fuelling a long-standing interest in the relationship between diet and health. After experiencing her own food intolerances, she returned to academia to study nutrition and completed over 300 hours of clinical practice during her training.
Since 2018, Roberta has worked with private clients, supporting individuals to improve their health and wellbeing through evidence-based nutritional therapy. Her clinical focus includes stress management, weight optimisation, and digestive and gut health, particularly conditions such as IBS, food intolerances, and gut dysbiosis.
Drawing on her background in food science and personalised nutrition, Roberta combines scientific insight with practical, tailored strategies to help clients achieve long-term, sustainable health outcomes through balanced nutrition and lifestyle change.
“Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions.”
