Rebecca Gill is an experienced physiotherapist and clinical Pilates instructor who graduated from La Trobe University in Australia with a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Master of Physiotherapy Practice. She is passionate about empowering people of all ages to make positive changes in their lives and improve their overall health and wellbeing. Rebecca is dedicated to helping individuals achieve their personalised goals through a combination of manual therapy techniques and movement-based strategies.
