Miss Ravneet Sirha

Ravneet Sirha is a Consultant Gynaecologist with a specialist focus on early pregnancy and benign gynaecology, with advanced expertise in ultrasound-based diagnosis and minimally invasive assessment of gynaecological conditions. She trained at Imperial College London and completed a Clinical Fellowship in Gynaecological and Early Pregnancy Ultrasound at University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, where she trained under Professor Kypros Nicolaides Jurkovic and developed specialist skills in fibroid mapping, endometriosis staging, ovarian cyst assessment, and early pregnancy complication diagnosis. Miss Sirha manages a wide range of benign gynaecological conditions, with particular interest in heavy or irregular menstrual bleeding, pelvic pain, endometriosis, ovarian cysts, menopause-related concerns, and postmenopausal bleeding. She also provides dedicated care for women experiencing early pregnancy complications. Her practice is strongly evidence-based, combining high-quality diagnostics such as ultrasound and hysteroscopy with individualised treatment planning. She is known for working collaboratively with patients to create tailored care plans that reflect personal priorities and clinical needs. Alongside her clinical work, she is actively involved in service development and quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient experience. She contributes to medical education as an undergraduate examiner and exam writer for Imperial College School of Medicine, and she also serves as a Basic Practical Skills facilitator for the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists.
