Dr Preethy Raguraman is a qualified Consultant Psychiatrist with over 11 years of clinical experience in mental health care. She completed her MBBS and MD in Psychiatry at Mahatma Gandhi Medical College and Research Institute, Puducherry. She also holds an MBA in Hospital Management from Pondicherry University.
She has undertaken additional structured training in subspecialty psychiatry, including Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Geriatric Psychiatry, and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), through the National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS). Dr Raguraman has worked as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at Pondicherry Institute of Medical Sciences, where she contributed to outpatient and inpatient psychiatric services and supervised clinical care delivery.
She is involved in academic activity and has authored publications in medical journals. Her work includes psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and ongoing management within multidisciplinary mental health services, alongside participation in clinical education and training.
