As an Integrative Psychotherapist, I offer a flexible and collaborative approach, using a variety of therapeutic techniques to meet your individual needs. Together, we will explore the interconnectedness of your mind, body, emotions, and environment, while focusing on your past, present, and future. • Trauma, Dissociation & Emotion Dysregulation: Complex trauma, PTSD symptoms, dissociative episodes, anxiety, stress and burnout
• Relational Struggles & Couples Therapy: Relationship challenges, conflicts, separation, divorce, bereavement, sexuality and sexual/gender diversity
• Neurodiversity: Ongoing support for ADHD and autism
• Mental Health Conditions: Borderline Personality Disorder, Body Dysmorphia and Dissociative Identity Disorder
• Self-acceptance & Personal Growth: Understanding personal identity, improving self-esteem and cultivating self-compassion and self-care
I'm on the Private Practice Register and recognised by Aviva, AXA, WPA, and Vitality.
With a background that includes working within the NHS and local counselling organisations, I have had the privilege of helping people from all walks of life. I have also supported employees through EAP providers such as CareFirst and TELUS, and have contributed to the HealHub youth mental health support program.
