Nicola Upward is an experienced Soft Tissue Therapist with a focus on women’s health, injury prevention, exercise-based rehabilitation, and postural issues. Nicola is particularly skilled in myofascial release therapy, addressing movement disorders, and supporting female athletes. With a BSc (Hons) in Sports Therapy, she brings both academic and practical expertise to her work, delivering personalised and effective treatments for her clients.
