Mr Nick Kametas is a Consultant Obstetrician specialising in Maternal and Foetal Medicine. He later completed his postgraduate training in London, followed by a maternal and foetal medicine fellowship at the Harris Birthright Centre for Foetal Medicine at King's College London. During this time he underwent research at King's College London and was awarded his Medical Doctorate for his work in 2009.
Mr Kametas specialises in high risk pregnancy cases. In his current clinical practice, he focuses on pregnancies complicated by maternal hypertension disorders, kidney disease, gestational diabetes, thyroid disease, IVF and rare medical disorders such as liver disease, inflammatory bowel disease and epilepsy. He also provides services for pregnancies with a high risk of foetal complications, including twin pregnancies and foetal growth restrictions
He provides prenatal counselling, antenatal education and post-partum advice as well as pregnancy ultrasound scans and care after delivery. Mr Kametas is dedicated to providing holistic care and strives to meet all his patients' medical and emotional needs.
