Dr Neha Tiwari is a well experienced Gastroenterologist and Hepatologist. She completed her physician training at Concord Hospital and core gastroenterology training at Nepean Hospital. She has a particular expertise in liver diseases, encompassing alcohol and metabolic-associated fatty liver disease, autoimmune liver disease, viral hepatitis (hepatitis B and C), complications of liver cirrhosis, and the prevention and treatment of liver cancer.

Dr Tiwari performs procedures at Campbelltown Private Hospital, Macquarie University Hospital, and on the South Coast at Wollongong Day Surgery and Wollongong Hospital. She serves as a Staff Specialist Gastroenterologist at Wollongong Hospital, where she also leads the hepatology service. Additionally, she is accredited for gastroscopy and colonoscopy by the Conjoint Committee for the Recognition of Training in Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (CCRTGE) and boasts an above-average polyp detection rate.
