About Mr Nawfal Al-Hadithy
Mr Nawfal Al-Hadithy is an experienced Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon specialising in Shoulder, Elbow, Hand and Wrist Surgery. He currently sees private patients at The Clementine Churchill Hospital and Bishops Wood Hospital. Mr Al-Hadithy completed his medical degree at University College London in 2008, following his Bachelor’s degree in Orthopaedic Science from the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital in Stanmore in 2005. He later completed his specialist orthopaedic training in the North West Thames rotation in London, followed by an upper limb fellowship at Addenbrooke's Major Trauma Hospital in Cambridge. In 2011, Mr Al-Hadithy completed his Master’s degree in Sports Medicine at the University of Glasgow and completed his Diploma in Medical Education for Surgeons at the University of Dundee. He became a Fellow in Trauma and Orthopaedics of the Royal College of Surgeons in 2017. Mr Al-Hadithy has specialist expertise in a wide range of treatments and surgical procedures, including: manual therapy, extracorporeal shockwave therapy, minimally invasive shoulder & elbow surgery, ligament reconstruction, osteotomy and arthroscopy. Alongside his clinical work, Mr Al-Hadithy has several publications in orthopaedics and has authored book chapters. He has presented his work at numerous national and international conferences.
