About

Natasha Doyle is a dedicated Physiotherapist. She graduated from Cardiff University with her qualification in Physiotherapy in 2014. With a focus on sports physiotherapy, Natasha quickly immersed herself in the field, starting with roles in professional rugby teams such as Bristol and Worcester Warriors in the UK. Her expertise eventually led her to become the Head of Medicine at Swindon Town Football Club.

In 2018, Natasha relocated to New Zealand, where she has resided for over six years. During her time in Auckland, she gained a wealth of experience in both private practice and elite sports settings, working extensively with athletes across various sports at both elite and recreational levels.

Natasha's passion for enhancing female athletic performance blossomed from her own experiences playing elite rugby in the English and Welsh premiership. This passion further flourished during her tenure as the Head Physiotherapist for North Harbour Women’s Rugby. Her commitment to understanding and optimising the female athlete's potential led her to complete a Sports Physiotherapy Masters from the University of Bath, focusing on injury incidence across the menstrual cycle in elite female rugby players.

In addition to her rugby background, Natasha has competed in powerlifting in both the UK and New Zealand. Specialising in performance enhancement, injury prevention, endurance athletes, postpartum return to sport, triathlon injuries and rehabilitation, and the female athlete, Natasha brings a wealth of expertise to her practice.

Throughout her career, Natasha has held various senior roles, including Senior Physiotherapist at In Good Hands Physiotherapy, Clinical Lead at a sports-based private practice in Auckland, and Head Physiotherapist for North Harbour Rugby and the Women’s Elite Rugby Program.

Natasha's commitment to advancing sports performance and health extends beyond clinical practice, as she has contributed to research initiatives focused on female athlete performance and health. She is also a certified Level 1 member of the Australian Strength and Conditioning Association.

“Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions.”
