About Mr Nahor Garcia
Nahor – Consultant Physiotherapist, London Nahor is a highly experienced consultant physiotherapist with over 10 years of clinical experience, specialising in musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions, sports injuries, and rehabilitation. Based in London since 2017, he provides expert, patient-centred care to help individuals recover from injury, reduce pain, and improve long-term performance. Originally from Barcelona, Nahor holds a Degree in Physiotherapy (DSc) from the International University of Catalunya (2013) and a Master’s degree (MSc) in Sports Physiotherapy from Universidad Europea de Madrid (2016). He has also completed additional training in personal training and strength & conditioning, supporting a comprehensive approach to rehabilitation and performance. Nahor began his career at Hospital Quirón in Barcelona, working alongside a leading orthopaedic team. Since moving to London, he has gained extensive experience across both private and public healthcare settings, including roles with Nuffield Health, Harley Street clinics, Equinox, and NHS England as a First Contact Physiotherapist. In this role, he specialised in the assessment, diagnosis, and management of a wide range of MSK conditions. His clinical approach is holistic and tailored, focusing on understanding the root cause of each patient’s condition. By taking a 360-degree view during assessments, Nahor creates personalised treatment plans designed to restore movement, build strength, and prevent recurrence. Nahor incorporates advanced treatments such as TECAR Therapy (Winback) to support faster recovery and tissue regeneration, alongside hands-on manual therapy and targeted rehabilitation exercises. Outside of the clinic, Nahor maintains an active lifestyle, regularly training in the gym and staying engaged with health and performance. He is fluent in English, Spanish, and Catalan.
