Mr Nader Neil Terry Rehmatullah

Mr Nader Neil Terry Rehmatullah is a double fellowship-trained Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon specialising in knee and hip surgery, with over 22 years of experience. His practice focuses on sports-related knee injuries, knee preservation surgery aimed at maintaining long-term activity, and joint replacement surgery for both the knee (half and full joint replacements) and hip. He is the current Welsh National Clinical Lead for Knee Surgery and has been since March 2023. He serves as the official Knee Surgeon and Club Doctor for Warrington Town Football Club (Northern Premier League Premier Division). Mr Rehmatullah qualified in 2004 from Warwick Medical School before completing his Basic Surgical Training in the Cambridge Deanery and Specialist Orthopaedic Training in the Mersey Deanery. He subsequently undertook two prestigious Sports Knee Fellowships: one at the internationally renowned Wrightington Hospital and the second at the Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital in Oswestry. Mr Rehmatullah treats patients of all ages and adopts a personalised approach to care, ensuring that each consultation is tailored to the individual. He places strong emphasis on clear communication, honest advice and helping patients fully understand their diagnosis and treatment options so they can make informed decisions about their care. His patient and colleague feedback is exemplary. Having competed at a high level in multiple sports, including international javelin events where he competed against world-class athletes including the current men's world record holder Jan Zelezny as well as being coached by the women's ex world record holder Fatima Whitbread,  he has a deep personal understanding of the importance of maintaining an active lifestyle for both physical and mental wellbeing.
