Steph uses hands on soft tissue massage, joint manipulation and articulatory techniques including pain free joint movement reprogramming and functional exercise rehabilitation catered to each client's individual goals. She also incorporates Medical Acupuncture for pain relief, and individual nutritional supplementation and lifestyle advice, encouraging optimum health and recovery.
