Sarah Lawson is the founder of Physio Remedies, a highly regarded physiotherapy practice located in Mayfair, London, known for its exceptional services in physiotherapy and sports injury management. Sarah’s journey to becoming a physiotherapist began at the age of 15, and she realised this dream after qualifying in 1992. In 1997, she completed a postgraduate qualification in Sport Medicine, further enhancing her expertise in treating sports-related injuries. Sarah went on to serve as the Outpatient and Sports Injury Manager at The Wellington Hospital before moving into private practice. In 2003 she trained in mat and reformer pilates with Polestar.
In 2005, Sarah founded Physio Remedies, initially working on her own in a small space at the Lansdowne Club. Under her leadership, the clinic has grown into a leading physiotherapy practice with a team of top physiotherapists, state-of-the-art facilities, and strong collaborations with renowned surgeons and sports organisations.
Sarah has worked with a wide variety of people from Hollywood actors, dancers, musicians, sports men and women and those who have under gone surgery. She has a specialist interest in spinal and lower limb injuries.
