Physiotherapy
About
Lizzie previously worked as a lead clinician on a post-natal exercise course she developed. She has a special interest in women's health in the peri-natal period. To broaden her understanding of her field, she has attended several courses which have helped her hone her skills when looking after musculoskeletal issues that can occur during that particular period of a woman's life.
Besides her work at ESPH, Lizzie enjoys running and enjoys a friendly amount of competition with her fellow physio, Sarah Crisp. Lizzie also loves skiing, tennis and enjoys cooking. She admits that her secret guilty TV pleasure is watching "The Great British Bake off."
“Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions.”
