After qualifying as an Osteopath by the General Osteopathic Council, she began studying postgraduate courses in various osteopathic techniques to make her treatments more effective. These courses included a Postgraduate Certificate in Acupuncture at the European School of Osteopathy, a Diploma of Classical Osteopathy at the Institute of Classical Osteopathy, a Diploma of Paediatric Osteopathy at the Foundation of Paediatric Osteopathy and a Postgraduate Course in Cranial Osteopathy at the Sutherland Institute of Cranial Osteopathy.
At Bay Osteopath, Ms Bahal sees patients with a range of ailments including neck pain, back pain, shoulder pain, chronic pain, sports injuries, arthritis, whiplash and sciatica. Ms Bahal and her team use a range of osteopathy techniques to treat these ailments, including naturopathy, acupuncture, cranial techniques, manual therapy, myofascial release and manipulative therapy techniques.
