Alison Lane is a Clinical Psychologist with a passion for helping people by working through their problems. Ms Lane uses a range of approaches including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT) and mindfulness-based approaches. Experience with a range of therapy models means she can tailor her approach according to the individual. She believes that through helping people make sense of their difficulties so they can work towards valued and meaningful changes.
