Mr Tapan Sircar
About
He qualified in medicine in India in 1991, where he completed a Master of Surgery (MS) in General Surgery before moving to the UK for further training. He completed Higher Surgical Training and Oncoplastic Breast Surgery training in the West Midlands Deanery and went on to obtain Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS, Glasgow).
Mr Sircar offers a range of treatments and diagnostic procedures including breast ultrasound, mammography, sentinel node biopsy, Lumpectomy, mastectomy, oncoplastic procedures and breast reconstruction. His approach combines oncological expertise with reconstructive techniques to support both health outcomes and quality of life.
In addition to his clinical work, Mr Sircar is passionate about teaching and surgical training and is actively involved in developing future generations of surgeons.
He speaks English, Hindi and Bengali.
