Mr Stuart McKirdy is a Consultant Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeon who qualified as a doctor in 1994 after completing medical school at St Andrews University and Manchester University. His clinical work includes a wide range of reconstructive and aesthetic procedures, covering breast surgery, body contouring, facial surgery, skin cancer surgery, laser treatments and hand surgery.
During his surgical training, he completed a two-year Master of Philosophy research degree focused on wound healing and scarring. He has presented and published his work internationally, and this continues to be a central area of interest.
