About Mr Simon Mackey
Mr Simon Mackey is a Consultant Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeon based in the South East of England. He sees private patients at the McIndoe Centre, KIMS Hospital Maidstone, & Benenden Hospital in Kent. Mr Mackey is an Intercollegiate Fellow in Plastic Surgery at the Royal College of Surgeons and is also a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. He is a full member of both the British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons and the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons. Mr Mackey is also an International Affiliate Member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. Mr Mackey completed his medical degree at the Imperial College School of Medicine at St Mary's Hospital in London. After qualifying, he completed his basic surgical training in the Oxford Deanery. He later completed his specialist higher surgical training in Plastic Surgery. He also completed a training fellowship in Cancer Reconstruction & Microsurgery at the Royal Marsden Hospital in London as well as a Cosmetic Surgery Fellowship at the McIndoe Surgical Centre. He has expertise in general plastic surgery, cosmetic surgery, oncoplastic surgery, breast reconstruction, cancer reconstruction, microsurgery and skin cancer.
