Mr Samir N F Massoud

About
Mr Massoud studied medicine at Alexandria University, Egypt (1980–1986), before moving to the UK in 1989. He obtained the Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons in 1993 and completed the Nottingham Higher Surgical Orthopaedic Training Scheme, achieving the FRCS (Trauma & Orthopaedics) in 1999. He undertook a fellowship at the Reading Shoulder Unit in 2000 and further training at the Nottingham Shoulder and Elbow Unit.
He is a member of the British Orthopaedic Association and the British Elbow & Shoulder Society. Alongside his clinical practice, Mr Massoud contributes to surgical training, peer reviews orthopaedic publications, lectures nationally and internationally, and teaches advanced arthroscopy courses.
