Condition Treated
Menopause
Perimenopause and menopause can significantly affect your quality of life. Hormonal changes may lead to emotional, psychological, physical, and sexual symptoms that can impact daily life, work, and relationships.
Many women experience symptoms such as night sweats, sleep disturbance, fatigue, brain fog, irritability, anxiety, and low mood. These challenges can also affect partners and family life, sometimes leading to tension, misunderstandings, and feelings of frustration or rejection.
Changes in libido and vaginal discomfort may also make intimacy painful or less appealing, which can place additional strain on relationships if not properly understood and managed.
These symptoms often occur at a crucial stage in life and career, when women are expected to feel confident, successful, and fulfilled.
At our clinic, we are here to support you every step of the way. We provide a holistic and personalised approach to menopause care, helping you manage symptoms, restore wellbeing, and maintain healthy relationships and quality of life. You deserve to feel well, supported, and happy in both your personal life and your relationships.
Pelvic Pain and pain during Sex
Pelvic pain and pain during sex can have wide-ranging effects on women’s health, especially when it becomes chronic or is linked to underlying conditions. It’s not just a physical symptom—it often affects emotional well-being, daily functioning, and long-term health.
Delays in treatment can worsen symptoms and increase the risk of complications.
Every woman’s experience is unique. We are here to develop an individualised treatment plan tailored to your needs, coordinate multidisciplinary care when required, and provide ongoing monitoring and support to help you achieve the best possible outcomes.
Abnormal vaginal bleeding
Abnormal vaginal bleeding—defined as bleeding that is irregular in timing, unusually heavy, or occurs outside normal menstrual periods—can significantly affect a woman’s health, particularly when it is persistent or linked to underlying conditions.
It can impact on physical and reproductive health, as well as mental and emotional well-being, and may interfere with daily activities and overall quality of life. Ignoring abnormal bleeding can delay the diagnosis of treatable or more serious conditions, making early evaluation essential.
Our role is to accurately identify the underlying cause of abnormal vaginal bleeding and provide safe, effective, and individualised management plans tailored to each patient. We offer comprehensive outpatient diagnostic services, including blood tests, a range of imaging modalities, and outpatient hysteroscopy within our Ambulatory Unit, ensuring timely assessment and appropriate care.
Premenstrual syndrome and premenstrual dysphoric disorder
Premenstrual syndrome (PMS) and Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD) can have a significant impact on a woman’s health, particularly when symptoms are recurrent or severe. While PMS is common and often milder, PMDD is a more intense condition that can markedly disrupt quality of life.
Early recognition of PMS and PMDD allows for timely and appropriate management, including lifestyle measures, medical treatment, and psychological support. With the right care, symptoms can be effectively controlled, helping women maintain their well-being and daily functioning.
We are committed to providing personalised care, ensuring that each patient receives the appropriate support and tailored treatment needed to effectively manage PMS or PMDD and improve overall quality of life.
Vulval Pain and vaginal discharge
Vulval pain and vaginal discharge can have a significant impact on multiple aspects of women’s health, including physical, psychological, sexual, and social wellbeing. Effective management requires a holistic approach that integrates medical evaluation, psychological support, and relational care in order to restore quality of life and reduce stigma.
We are here to provide a thorough assessment to identify the underlying cause of your symptoms and to develop an individualised management plan tailored to your needs.
Urinary urgency, urge incontinence and genital prolapse.
Urinary urgency, urge incontinence, and pelvic organ prolapse can significantly affect women’s health, impacting not only physical comfort but also emotional wellbeing, sexual function, and social life. Collectively, these conditions may reduce overall quality of life and interfere with daily activities, relationships, and confidence.
We offer a comprehensive assessment followed by a stepwise, individualised management plan. Care begins with accurate diagnosis and conservative treatments such as lifestyle modifications and pelvic floor physiotherapy, and may include medications, pessary use, or surgery when appropriate. The aim is to provide holistic support and improve both symptoms and quality of life.
