About Mr Paul Tesha
Mr Tesha was appointed Consultant Ophthalmic Surgeon at Lincoln County Hospital in 2009. His special interests include macular degeneration and retinal disease. He is lead clinician for age-related macular degeneration treatment services in Lincolnshire. He has taken a lead in development of eye services which has resulted in an improvement in the quality of care provided to patients. His emphasis is on a high quality bespoke service and continually audits his outcomes which surpass national standards. He has invested in an OCT machine which produces high quality scans of the eye facilitating earlier diagnosis.
