Mr Nicholas Gibbins is a renowned Consultant Ear, Nose, and Throat Surgeon with HCA Healthcare, working at both London Bridge Hospital and The Shard Clinic, as well as the Circle Blackheath Hospital and at the OneWelbeck Hospital. He also works as an NHS Consultant at Lewisham and Greenwich Trust, where he is the former Clinical Lead for the ENT Department and Trust lead for Head & Neck Cancer.
He is nationally and internationally respected laryngologist, with a specialist interest in care of the professional voice, muscle tension disorders causing voice issues and vocal fold scars and sulcus. He is the current Honorary Secretary and President-Elect of the British Larynological Association. He is the current editor of the Chapter of the Larynx for the 43rd Edition of Grey's anatomy and Grey's surgical anatomy.

In 2011, he received a Master's Degree from the University of Sussex for his outstanding work on tongue cancers, for which he received the Gold Medal for best research paper. He has prizes and a large number of publications in his specialty and continues to be interested in medical education, organising and delivering courses for other healthcare professionals.
