He began his career in the leisure and recreation industry before moving to London to graduate from the London Metropolitan University with a diploma in Management Studies. After rupturing his Achilles tendon twice, he became interested in holistic and healing therapies, gaining qualifications in Reiki, Clinical Hypnosis, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming and saw his career develop into life coaching. He became a global name in corporate operations guaranteeing to increase employee productivity and retention and reduce stress levels. He was recently invited to co-host an HR Future Leaders Seminar and holds Mental Health at Work Awareness training sessions, and his Practice was rated in the top 3 in Sheffield in 2019.
