With over 28 years of surgical experience, Mr Manoj has performed more than 15,000 cataract procedures, establishing himself as one of the UK’s most experienced surgeons in this field. His outcomes consistently demonstrate complication rates well below the national average.
First appointed as a Consultant at the Royal Wolverhampton Hospitals NHS Trust in 2004, he has held several leadership roles, including Clinical Lead for Cataract Services at Cannock Eye Centre. His clinical expertise includes advanced microsurgical cataract techniques, refractive lens exchange, multifocal and premium lens implants, as well as the management of glaucoma and dry eye conditions.
Mr Manoj is also an examiner for the Royal College of Ophthalmologists, actively teaches microsurgical skills, and has published and presented widely at national and international ophthalmic conferences.
