Dr Arun Pajaniappane is a highly respected, UK-trained Consultant Audiovestibular Physician and a leading expert in the diagnosis and treatment of dizziness, vertigo, hearing loss and tinnitus in both adults and children. He has over a decade of clinical experience in Audiovestibular Medicine, having assessed and treated thousands of patients with complex ear, balance and brain-related symptoms.
With specialist training in Audiovestibular Medicine (FRCP, MSc with merit) and prior training in ENT surgery up to registrar level (MRCS and DOHNS), he combines deep medical knowledge with a specialist understanding of the ear–brain connection and its impact on balance and hearing.
He is the Clinical Lead at Harley Street Audiovestibular Clinic, one of the UK’s only super-specialist centres exclusively dedicated to hearing and balance disorders. He also holds a senior NHS post at one of the UK’s largest audiovestibular units, delivering world-class care within both private and public sectors.
He is regularly invited to speak at major national and international conferences on hearing and balance disorders, and has authored several book chapters and peer-reviewed publications in the field. He also serves as Honorary Secretary of the British Association of Audiovestibular Physicians (BAAP), contributing to the advancement of standards and education in the specialty.
