Mr Alun offers a one-stop ultrasound shoulder service. He believes that any clinical decisions are pegged upon good quality research. As such he collects his patients' PROMS data auditing it regularly against the national standards. Published evidence informs his basis in the decision-making process, and the results of the surgical solution when there exists no other better non-surgical alternative. He is also an expert on the latest Mi-Eye needle arthroscopy technique for shoulder and elbow with the largest case series of its clinical use in the UK.
