About Ms Millie Lindsay
Millie is a physiotherapist, also trained in Polestar Pilates. She demonstrates a holistic approach to treatment to ensure optimum recovery. Millie’s interest in physiotherapy started at the age of 15 when years of dedicated training as a National level gymnast resulted in an injury and hip surgery. Her sporting history allows her to recognize, understand and empathise with the challenges that arise during injury. This led to an interest in working with elite athletes from various sporting disciplines. Her career to date, has also included some impressive work with acclaimed actors and stunt men/women to aid their recovery and injury prevention. She completed her Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Physiotherapy at St George’s University of London in 2018, achieving a first-class honours degree. She also has expertise in Polestar Pilates. Millie utilises a holistic treatment approach, aiming for optimal recovery for her clients. Millie's journey into physiotherapy began at the age of 15, sparked by a personal experience with injury and hip surgery after years of dedicated training as a National-level gymnast. Her own athletic background enables her to recognise, comprehend, and empathise with the challenges posed by injuries. This, in turn, kindled her interest in working with elite athletes across diverse sporting disciplines. Over the past five years, Millie has been sought after to work with actors and stunt performers, contributing to their recovery and injury prevention efforts.
