About
Over the course of his career, Dr. Layton has held senior leadership roles, including serving as Clinical Advisor to the Board of the Aurora Group and as Medical Director for Priory Wales. He has also been a medical member of the Mental Health Review Tribunal and the Social Entitlement Chamber Tribunal.
In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Layton has substantial expertise in medicolegal work, particularly in the Court of Protection, and is a member of the Court of Protection Practitioner’s Association.
Born and raised in London, Dr. Layton completed both his undergraduate and postgraduate medical training in the city. His clinical work includes the assessment and treatment of ADHD and autism in adolescents and adults, as well as the management of complex neuropsychiatric conditions.
