Dr Michael Solomon is an orthopaedic surgeon who specializes in hip and knee surgeries. Dr Solomon is one of Australia's few surgeons who perform periacetabular osteotomies to protect the hip joint, which may postpone or avoid hip arthritis.
Dr Solomon is internationally recognised as a leader in his area and conducts approximately 850 joint replacements every year. He has also written a number of articles and delivered presentations in Australia and across the world. In addition, he conducts research and is actively involved in a variety of training and volunteer orthopaedic activities.
