Dr Marwa Hassan is an Obstetrician and Gynaecologist with experience in infertility management, laparoscopic surgery and aesthetic gynaecology. Since October 2024, she has been a Specialist Gynaecologist at Trust Vision Group of Healthcare – Newlook Medical Center in Al Ain, where her work includes the diagnosis and management of ovulation disorders, hormonal imbalances and infertility.
From 2019 to 2024, she was a Specialist Gynaecologist at Isal Hassan’s Fertility Centre in Damascus, focusing on fertility investigations and treatment. Since 2019, Dr Hassan has concurrently worked as an Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at Al Rasheed Hospital. Her surgical practice includes laparoscopic procedures for ovarian cysts, tubal pathology, salpingectomy and ectopic pregnancy, as well as pelvic floor surgery and urinary incontinence procedures.
Between 2019 and 2020, she worked in aesthetic gynaecology at Al Amani Hospital in Damascus, performing procedures including labiaplasty, clitoral hood reduction, vaginoplasty and perineoplasty. She also managed complicated pregnancies and provided care for a wide range of reproductive health conditions.
Dr Hassan previously held senior and junior residency posts. She served as an OB/GYN Senior Resident at Tishreen Hospital (2018–2019), providing direct patient care, supervising junior trainees and contributing to service delivery. From 2014 to 2018, she completed her residency training at Al Mazzah Hospital, gaining experience in caesarean sections, hysterectomies, laparoscopic procedures and general obstetric and gynaecological surgery, alongside supervision of medical students and residents.
