Ms Banti has been in the Embryology field since 2010, working as part of the IVF clinic at Harley Street in London, where she also completed her training as a Clinical Embryologist and was awarded the "Association of Clinical Embryologists UK" Certificate. Following her work stints in London and Greece, Maria eventually landed a job at Orchid in 2016, setting up the embryology laboratory and working as a Senior Clinical Embryologist and Laboratory Director.
Ms Banti attended Aristotle University in Greece, completing her BSc in Molecular Biology and Genetics, going on to earn an MSc in Prenatal Genetics and Fetal Medicine from University College London.
Ms Banti has participated in and attended International Scientific conferences related to the field of Embryology. She has also achieved Cola scholarship for Global Womens Leadership Programme
