Dr. Marc Mulligan
Physiotherapy
About
Mr Mulligan’s expertise spans the diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of sports-related injuries, with particular focus on lower limb conditions such as hip and groin pain, anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction, hamstring injuries, and Achilles tendon rehabilitation. He also has significant experience in upper limb injury management, including rotator cuff pathology, tennis elbow, and post-surgical recovery.
He incorporates diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound into clinical assessments, ensuring accurate diagnosis and evidence-based treatment planning. Mr Mulligan also utilises VALD performance technology to assess muscle strength and movement patterns, allowing for targeted rehabilitation and reduced risk of re-injury.
In addition to his clinical work, he has served as a physiotherapist for professional football clubs including Leyton Orient, West Ham United, and Charlton Athletic, and has supported elite athletes at major sporting events such as the World Athletics Championships and the London Marathon.
“Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions.”
