About Lorraine Gardner
Lorraine Gardner is a counsellor at Nightingale Hospital in London, where she has been providing therapeutic support since 1990. With extensive experience in individual counselling and group facilitation, she works with inpatients, outpatients, and day patients, helping them navigate emotional challenges related to bereavement, depression, and interpersonal difficulties. She specialises in relationship dynamics, the impact of loss and change, and life transitions. Her approach is rooted in psychodynamic counselling, helping individuals explore unconscious patterns and past experiences that shape their current emotional well-being.
