About
Central to Dr. Dumitrache's therapeutic approach is the establishment of a trusting and supportive relationship with each patient. She addresses a wide range of issues underlying eating disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, and challenges in interpersonal relationships. Through her practice, Dr. Dumitrache empowers individuals to recognise and harness their own inner resources to overcome their difficulties effectively.
Dr. Dumitrache offers a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient. These may include:

With a rich professional background, Dr. Dumitrache has worked extensively with young people exhibiting challenging behaviour and complex emotional needs. She has also served as an Autism Specialist Session Facilitator for adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and challenging behaviours. Previously, she held roles focused on providing therapeutic and educational support to children and young people overcoming trauma, conducting individual and group sessions covering various topics such as body image, self-compassion, nutrition, health, and self-esteem.
Dr. Dumitrache is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and is a member of both the British Psychological Society and the American Psychological Association.
