He performs a wide range of advanced keyhole and general surgical procedures, with particular expertise in bariatric surgery for weight management. At Cabrini Malvern and Complete Weight Loss Solutions, he carries out bariatric procedures including gastric sleeve and bypass surgery, focusing on patient safety, evidence-based care and long-term support.

Mr Low is a founding member of the Australia and New Zealand Gastro-Oesophageal Surgical Association and has been a former executive member of the Victorian State Commitee for the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons. He graduated from Monash University and completed his general surgical fellowship before undertaking post-fellowship training in Oxford, United Kingdom, where he was the Fellow in Oesophago-Gastric Surgery at the John Radcliffe Hospital.
