Dr. Laura Best is a highly experienced Private GP with over a decade of experience in general practice. With a background in military medicine, Dr. Best has a strong commitment to providing highly personalised care that is based on trust and continuity. Throughout her career, she has developed a particular interest in Occupational Medicine, mental health, and veterans' care, having spent many years working as a military GP in various locations around the world, including Cyprus and Brunei. In addition to her military experience, Dr. Best has served as a flying doctor in Australia, an NHS GP, and a racecourse medical officer. Dr. Best is also passionate about teaching and community health. She volunteers with Little LifeSavers, delivering life support training in schools, and has supported international charity cycling events as both a medic and a fundraiser for causes close to her heart. Dr. Best’s approach to medicine is one of attentiveness and adaptability. She believes in taking the time to listen to her patients and providing care that is tailored to their individual needs, ensuring that each patient receives the best possible treatment.
