About Ms Katie Dawson
Katie Dawson is lead laser therapist at Self London, the renowned Harley Street medical and aesthetic dermatology clinic. With extensive specialist experience in laser and energy-based devices, she has developed deep technical expertise which, combined with her comprehensive understanding of skin health and care, has been instrumental in positioning Self London as one of the country’s leading clinics for acne and advanced laser treatments. In particular, Katie has performed the highest number of AviClear acne laser treatments of any practitioner in Europe. Katie is an expert with a number of energy-based devices in Self London’s cutting-edge suite. Alongside AviClear for acne, she performs skin rejuvenation and resurfacing (including for acne scarring) using the UltraClear, HALO and ProFractional lasers, as well as treating rosacea and redness with BBL HEROic and ClearSilk. She also specialises in non-invasive skin-tightening with Sofwave and electrical muscle-strengthening with Pure Impact. Katie’s treatment plans, facilitated with VISIA photographic analysis, are tailored to each individual’s concerns and goals, focussing on achieving natural, lasting results. Known for her calm, approachable manner, she is particularly skilled at putting patients at ease and helping them to feel comfortable and supported throughout their treatment journey.
