About
At Rugby Physio, Katie is part of a team known for high-quality, hands-on care. She offers a broad range of treatments including manual therapy, joint manipulation, soft tissue techniques, injury screening, movement retraining, and pain management strategies. She works with people of all ages, from children to older adults, and has particular expertise in treating adolescents, thanks to the clinic’s longstanding relationship with Rugby School.
Her areas of clinical interest include sports injuries, growth-related issues, joint and muscle pain, back and neck problems including sciatica and headaches, as well as arthritis. Katie also carries out detailed biomechanical assessments and injury prevention screenings, helping her patients recover effectively and maintain long-term physical health. Her approach is always centred on helping individuals return to what matters most to them.
“Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions.”
— Mrs Katie Chatfield
