Ihr Angebot umfaßt zwei Standbeine.:

1. Die individuelle Arbeit mit Einzelpersonen und Paaren in ihrer Praxis oder via Zoom  im Bereich Persönlichkeitsentwicklung und Coaching.

2. Seminare und Workshops in Präsenz- und Online

Klienten und Seminarteilnehmer vertrauen Frau Sünkel mit ihrer professionellen Hilfe in Lebenskrisen, bei Trauma, Posttraumatischen Belastungen (PTBS), Misophonie und in Zeiten großer innerer Belastungen, Lebens- und Sinnkrisen. Sie selbst war chronisch traumatisiert, hat emotionalen und körperlichen Mißbrauch, psychische und physische Gewalt erlebt, sowie Mobbing. Jahrzehnte litt sie unter Depressionen. In der Familie gab es frühe Kindstode, Alkoholismus und psychisch Erkrankte. Frau Sünkel hat sich aus den Folgen dieser Belastungen und Einschränkungen herausgearbeitet und gibt nun alles weiter, was ihr emotional, seelisch, mental und geistig geholfen hat um frei davon zu werden. Sie ist damit ein Vorbild und Beispiel, dass man wirklich trotz allerschlimmster Erfahrungen ein schönes und erfülltes, freies Leben kreiern kann.

Mit mehr als 25 Jahren umfassender Praxis-und Unterrichtserfahrung begleitet Katharina Shobha Sünkel Klientinnenund Seminarteilnehmerinnen auf dem Weg zu sich selbst. Im Fokus stehen dabeidie persönliche Weiterentwicklung und der individuelle Weg zu mehr Wohlbefinden. Bedürfnisse erkennen und erfüllen, Frieden mit der Vergangenheit schließen können sowie Selbstliebe sind wichtige Bestandteile ihrer Arbeit.

In einem kostenfreien telefonischen Erstgespräch von maximal 30 Minuten können Suchende Frau Sünkel und ihre Vorgehensweise besser kennenlernen und herausfinden, ob sie die richtige Person für ihr Anliegen ist. Die Praxis in Berlin ist einsicherer, unterstützender Raum zum Wohlfühlen und Entspannen.  Termine können selbstverständlich auch über Zoom stattfinden und haben gleich gute Ergebnisse wie eine Präsenzbegegnung. Katharina Shobha Sünkel setzt sowohl traditionelle und alternative therapeutischeMethoden, als auch Techniken der energetischen Psychologie ein, um stets das optimale Behandlungskonzept zu finden.

Neben ihrer Arbeit mit Klientinnen und Seminarteilnehmerinnen ist Frau Sünkel seit 1995 Dozentin im Bereich Gesundheitsfürsorge sowie seit 2008 Trainerin

im Verband für Klopfakupressure.V. .2016 begann sie als

Trauma-Buster-Technique- Practitioner (TBT) und wurde schließlich 2018

TBT-Trainerin.
