Dr Kate Staveley
General Practice (GP)
About
Her work focuses on helping people make practical changes that can prevent, treat, and sometimes reverse these conditions.
The pandemic was a turning point for Dr Staveley. During that time she experienced first-hand the impact that optimising sleep, nutrition, movement, and recovery can have on health. This led her to study lifestyle medicine in depth and to bring that approach into her clinical work.
She now uses this knowledge to help people understand their individual risks and to build realistic lifestyle plans so they can take an active role in their health.
At Hexagon Health she runs clinics in Windsor and offers online consultations.
Dr Staveley is also a medical advisor to Well Windsor, a charity supporting children’s mental health and wellbeing.
She co-runs a monthly community walk at Ascot Racecourse, “Walk with a Doc.”
“Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions.”
