Mrs Henry’s therapeutic approach is rooted in the Integrative Relational Model, with a particular emphasis on the therapist-client relationship as a foundation for effective treatment. Her areas of specialism include relationship difficulties, personality development, social and communicative functioning, depression, stress, anxiety, self-esteem and confidence building, work-related issues, bullying, burnout, perfectionism, trauma and PTSD, as well as bereavement and loss.
With over 18 years of experience across both the NHS (secondary care) and the private sector, Mrs Henry brings a wealth of knowledge and compassionate care to her practice, supporting individuals through a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges.
