Folgend war sie an der Klinik für Plastische und Ästhetische Chirurgie, Handchirurgie des HELIOS-Klinikum Emil von Behring in Berlin tätig, in der sie zuletzt auch Oberärztin war. Im Jahr 2018 gründete Dr. med. Juliane C. Finke zusammen mit Dr. med. Stephan Frantzen ihre Gemeinschaftspraxis Finke & Frantzen in Berlin. Die Fachärztin nimmt regelmäßig an nationalen und internationalen Kongressen teil, hält Vorträge und hat bereits viele Fachbeiträge veröffentlicht, zusätzlich besucht sie Fortbildungen und hospitiert bei renommierten Kollegen.
