Joanne holds an MSc in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Ulster, completed in 2004, and integrates her training in mindfulness and yoga to support both physical and emotional wellbeing. She offers both in-person consultations in Cork and online appointments nationwide, with referrals commonly coming from GPs and mental health professionals across Ireland.

In addition to her clinical work, Joanne is a founding member of Weight Inclusive Dietitians in Ireland (WIDI) and is actively involved in education and advocacy.
