She is bilingual, speaking both English and German. and has travelled extensively throughout her life. She draws on her life-experiences, which have all shaped her integrative therapeutic approach. Integrative means that she uses her knowledge of various psychological and psychotherapeutic models for her work, enabling the client to chose what suits them best, rather than going with "one size fits all".

Jessica holds a B.A. in Humanities, as well as a Post-Graduate Diploma in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy, awarded in 2012, and has been in practice for over 13 years. She is an accredited member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP).

She has also gained further training qualifications in Somatic/Body Psychotherapy and Sexual Abuse/Rape Crisis intervention with the Irish Rape Crisis Network. She volunteered with SOSAD, an Irish organisation supporting clients with experience of suicide of a loved on, or struggling with suicidal ideation.     She also has attended courses in and feels particularly drawn to working with Neurodiversity.

At Dolphin Dreaming Therapy, Jessica offers flexible sessions that can be conducted online via Whatsapp, over the phone, or in person. All genders, sexualities, religions, and ethnicities are welcome. She works online and in person with clients from Ireland, Germany, Spain, Switzerland, Austria, LIthuania, Latvia, Moldova, South Africa, North America and Australia.  She works from her office in Mullingar, the Midlands of Ireland.
