Ms. Jessica Demol is a dedicated Chartered Counselling Psychologist, having completed her Chartership training at Roehampton University. Trained in Psychodynamic, Person-Centred, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), she found CBT to be particularly effective in facilitating change, while maintaining a humanistic approach at the core of her therapeutic practice.

She has been an integral part of the Eating Disorder Unit at Nightingale Hospital since 2014, providing both inpatient and outpatient treatment. In 2021, she joined The London Centre for Eating Disorders & Body Image.
Ms. Demol's therapeutic approach combines humanistic principles with evidence-based techniques such as CBT-E, tailored to each client's specific needs. She also incorporates Schema Therapy to address long-term negative thinking patterns. Providing a safe and confidential space, Ms. Demol collaborates with clients to increase self-awareness, teach coping strategies, and empower them to overcome their challenges independently.
