A graduate of Middlesex Hospital Medical School, London (MBBS, 1988) with a BSc in Neuropharmacology and Neurophysiology, Dr Radley completed her GP training in Worcestershire and is a Member of the Royal College of General Practitioners. She also holds the DFSRH (Diploma of Sexual and Reproductive Health) and accreditation for fitting and removing intrauterine devices and contraceptive implants.
She provides tailored, evidence-based care for natural, early, surgical, and complex menopause cases, including women with medical conditions or a history of breast cancer. Treatment options include hormone replacement therapy (HRT), testosterone therapy, non-HRT alternatives, and lifestyle-based approaches. She also offers contraception advice, stress management, and fertility guidance.
Dr Radley welcomes self-referrals and offers in-person, video, and telephone consultations. Passionate about education, she holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Medical Education and delivers talks to improve workplace menopause awareness.
