Dr Ismail Memon is a Consultant Psychiatrist practising at Eleos Clinic. He provides comprehensive psychiatric assessments and develops individualised, evidence-based management plans. His clinical approach includes pharmacological treatment alongside lifestyle interventions such as sleep optimisation, nutrition, physical activity, and reducing screen time where appropriate. He has additional training in the assessment and management of ADHD through the UK Adult ADHD Network (UKAAN), delivered by clinicians at King’s College London.
Dr Memon completed his medical degree (MBBS) at Isra University in Pakistan and went on to complete specialist training in General Adult Psychiatry, with an endorsement in Addiction Psychiatry. He is a Member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists and holds multiple postgraduate qualifications in psychiatry, medical education, and leadership. He is also a Fellow of the European Board of Psychiatry and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
In addition to his clinical work, he holds academic and leadership roles, including examiner and committee positions within the Royal College of Psychiatrists, and teaching roles at Cardiff University. He has particular experience in culturally sensitive care and works with individuals from diverse backgrounds, taking into account the impact of cultural factors on mental health and access to care.
