In 2001, she completed this programme and received her diploma in child health (DCH) from the Royal College of Surgeons of Ireland.
Between 1996 and 2000, she oversaw the paediatric department at Dubai Hospital, during which time she gained vast expertise in neonatal care, general paediatrics, and paediatric emergency cases. She spent five years working with inpatients with a primary focus on paediatric nephrology, surveying and treating a wide range of cases.
